Aurus Impact Capital is a Jersey-incorporated investment vehicle. It was established to provide investors with structured access to a portfolio of income-generating UK residential property assets, with a focus on Specialist Supported Housing.
Aurus Impact Capital was established as a special purpose vehicle in which private investors are able to buy preference shares. Operating alongside the Carnegie Group and Genivs Investment Group, we are part-owners of an essential housing portfolio that comprises almost 700 units and has an independent valuation of approximately £170 million. All the developments featuring in this investment model will be managed by Arpeggio. Upon completion, they will be leased to registered providers working in the essential housing market.
We are led by a team of highly accomplished professionals with extensive experience in the property, finance, housing and investment markets.
We are part of a wider operational platform with proven experience in sectors including build-to-rent, general needs housing and supported accommodation. The associated businesses include:
We work closely with key stakeholder partners including Arpeggio Properties and Arresico—two registered housing providers operating in the UK and in the Republic of Ireland.
Each of these schemes involves a 35-year UK lease deal. The units are being let by local authorities to tenants who qualify for supported housing schemes, with Housing Benefit and Exempt Rent. Rental payments are therefore exceptionally reliable, regular and secure.
